Hi Danni! I love thrifting along with you! I think round plates were made so that the corners didn't get chipped and damaged. Wooden plates are often square because they aren't as easily damaged. Wow! I wish our thrift stores had a 50% off day! We don’t have Savers here in central Indiana. I don’t normally care for salt glaze pottery, but I think the sunflower makes it attractive. (Using Harlene’s word😂). Thanks for putting out so many shopping videos, and the live thrifting is so fun as well! You are working your tail off and we appreciate it! I think it's because the square plates are harder to serve round plates will set in the tray so it will fit a lot of plates on the tray for the customers for the restaurants

Jimmy Buffet was born in Pascagoula MS and that’s about 15 minutes from my house … they named a bunch of streets on the beach after him. Sad to hear his passing at a young age 😢

Use chrome wheel cleaner for cars on the aluminum bowl! Get it in the car dept of Walmart Target etc. It's what I use. Nice vlog - enjoyedvthe ending format.

I love the Hawaiian dress. In Hawaii, the sizes run small. I hated having to get men's shirts. Over the last two years I've lost 50 lbs. Haven't weighed in ages. Reason is more due to dental work going wrong and mainly a liquid diet. Going back probably in Spring 2025 and hopefully I can get ladies' shirts that fit. That's the year of my 50th wedding anniversary, but I'm going with my daughter using Hilton points and frequent flyer miles. Thought next year might be too soon with all their problems. I love Hawaii and the Hawaiians. I've gone 5 times but not since 2007.

I have a googly eyes story. When I was working at a high school in the kitchen as a manager of a school of about 2500 kids our milkman had really funny eyes that kind of went here and there. My Baker called him googly eyes instead of milk man. I’m sure that was really bad to do but we always laughed and laughed about it.
