I test drove the Schyster Deviant yesterday, and I'll be honest, it does not have fantastic speed. I found it to be very sluggish which is not surprising considering it is a very heavy vehicle. It handles okay but I wouldn't buy it if I'm looking for a car with above average acceleration. The body design is where the Deviant shines in my opinion. I decided not to buy it after my test drive because it was so slow however I think I'll go back today and get it because I like how it looks. Also, might be able to get a bit more speed out of it with max engine upgrade.

You’re right. permanently would imply they will never be removed again, which they haven’t said. What I mean is they are not back just for the weekly update, I even state rockstar can still rotate/remove them in a future title update later if they choose. I suspect they will. Regardless, their title update patch notes specificy they are back for general sale “The following vehicles are returning for general sale and can now be upgraded with the Imani-Tech Missile Lock-On Jammer upgrade inside an owned Agency Workshop:”

I was going to get the deviant but saw your opinion on it and my God that is a great car. The style customization is preem and yeah driving it is a balancing act that's very rewarding. My new Favorite muscle car after the gauntlet classic.

I’m sure it will stay online for at least a couple years. They likely won’t update it much once gta 6 is out but the servers should remain as it’s such a popular game.

@@makaels nah they’re not gonna switch off their cash cow as soon as the next one releases. Investors will need to see a decent return from shark cards sales for the new game which won’t happen in the way that it is now until 6 online has established enough stuff to spend it all on. Think about it. The devs are gamers who make incredible games and want you to have fun, yes. But the publishers and investors who run this side of the game for the most part don’t have a clue about gaming. That is why the economy in gta online is geared towards grinding over having fun, which is a real shame, because the devs have made an incredible playground where a lot is easily missed and becomes easily stressful because of how the economy is so damn tight. Trust me, V online isn’t going anywhere in the next few years, they’ll just likely do something similar to how rdr2 has been treated with minimal updates, even that won’t be for a while. You’ll still be able to play it online with your fiends and have fun.

It’s all current. The new weekly update news drops tomorrow. This event week has been active since the Agents of Sabotage dropped. Remember they also cut the previous weekly event off early for that release too. It’s the same thing every dlc release.
