This is where Glenn Howerton (Dennis) really starts to flex his Juilliard acting. The facial expressions he was making during the implication moment were so good, and there are gonna be many more moments like that to come, so that's something to look forward to.

THIS is probably one of the most important moments for the show, which feels weirdly uneventful in comparison to some other episodes. This is where I think the show really decided to go from "Dennis is a narcissistic, self absorbed asshole" to "Dennis is actually a completely irredeemable monster". It's really ballsy to make one of the main characters of your comedy THIS DARK
@chrisakaschulbus49037 ай бұрын
I love that it doesn't feel forced... it feels so natural from the character (and the actor).

@@inmyhead00 Nah Dennis System isn't half as bad as the implication. It's still extremely scummy and manipulative, but like you probably wouldn't go in any legal troubles, aside from forging documents I guess. Dennis System turns Dennis into a typical narcissistic, manipulative sex guru, Implication is on a whole another level, like what he does there is straight up REALLY FUCKING EVIL, like monstrously evil.

Favorite implication story i've read/heard about: a high school student wrote a paper on why Always Sunny was the best show on TV, and the teacher gave him an A "because of the implication"
@LazzyVamples7 ай бұрын
Could be an interesting paper to read. IASIP is funny as hell, but when it does go into satire and social commentary, it's always amazingly spot on. My favorite example is the bathroom debate episode, where the game ends up doing social commentary on both the far right, who always make an unreasonably big deal out of it and trample on minorities; and the far left, who often try to be so "progressive" about it that it turns right back around to being regressive. At the end of the episode, they just walk away after having made the point over how dumb the debate actually is. The genius of the episode is that it was done in such a way that both sides of the argument were under the impression that the show was on their side, further showcasing how dumb political debate has gotten.
