It’s Back...But Is It Better? MoKnowsHair Collection

I purchased the twistout bundle. Then went back and got the scalp clarifier, gel and styling potion. Unfortunately the gel and styling potion didn’t work for me but my mother used it and it worked perfectly for her. She gets to keep those. I saw on instagram where someone asked Mo if the smoothing pudding could be used in a wash and go. She replied yes. I used the scalp clarifier, shampoo and elasticity treatment (my favorite). Adding water made the difference and my tangles melted. Love the hair care products. For styling I used the spray primer, the smoothing pudding (very thick product, a little goes a long way). I then used Miche Beauty’s Tropical Oasis gel on top. My hair was moisturized, shiny, extra coily and bouncy. It is safe to say I loved it!! There were no flakes. After day 4 I stretched my curls and my hair looked amazing. It was soft (the way it feels after you scrunch out the cast) and bouncy and my ends were super curly. I have used the treatment twice. I think it is working. My coils look like they did when I first big chopped, nice, juicy, healthy, coily springy hair. I like the scents. They are quite pleasant as opposed to the first line of products. I have sensitivity issues. So other than the liquid stylers I enjoyed the collection.

On that first order they actually mistakenly sent me the pudding. I’ll try it like you did here with one of my stronger hold gels!

Girl I’ve been waiting on your video on these products! Lol I love Moknowshair channel. She’s very informative like you. I got the primer, treatment, and cowash and I love them all. I could tell after the first use of these products that my hair is going to flourish. They smell amazing. I’m going to get the scalp treatment, pudding, and gel once I use up some products in my stash.

I had a ton of the original line. Once I realized the first product is really a clarifying shampoo, I just can’t see now spending $20 plus for 4 oz. Thanks for reviewing ❤

Unfortunately, the price point for these products don’t fit my budget and these aren’t easily accessible. I hope they can eventually be sold and Amazon and maybe I can consider buying them when my budget allows.

Does it still have the fragrance? I bought the entire line. The fragrance made me nauseous. I returned them to Sally’s.
