Jamalo sheedi was a sindhi prisoner who was offered liberty on the condition that he crosses the train from a newly constructed Landowne bridge in Sukkur, Sindh back in 1893. He successfully crossed the train and on the other side his wife started dancing chanting: Here he comes jamalo victorious ( muhnjo khati ayo khair san Ho Jamalo! ) this song has become part of Sindhi culture. In this song too Marvi comes back to his village after refusing to marry the king of that time Umar. Villagers are welcome Marvi saying: Ayi ayi here she comes back. Keep this context in mind and listen to the song again

its sindhi (karachi)! the song is based on a sindhi folklore about a girl named marvi who was forcefully married with a king and sent away to his kingdom but she showed great resilience and love for her hometown and was coming back to her hometown, which is why they're saying "aayi aayi look here she comes with victory". the mor and the dolphin in the video are national animals of sindh and the mor represents marvi here.

Yayy finally a new season. You got it right again, its not Urdu, its from Sindh a province in South, all of these singers are first time singing on mainstream and were found by Coke Studio producer Xulfi for this song, which indicates they are gonna bring new talent to the light from different regions. The culture here mainly presented, and women mainly belong to specific area called Tharparkar (aka Thar), its the biggest desert in Pakistan, so people living here are v strong and used to harsh conditions and the poorest in country, v rich in culture which is shown here. People of Sindh are v humble and this region has the oldest in the world, it is where the Moejedaro of Indus Valley Civilization exist around 5000ys old.
