I'm 13, and I'm allergic to dust, dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, bunnies, goats, (basically every animal with fur), and flowers. Welcome to my hell hole of me constantly running to the tissue box from my desk at school. I call it a miracle when I can breathe out of my nose. It's so much fun guys! I love having a sore throat from sucking the snot in because in some of ,y classroom they don't have tissues. I also love having social anxiety so whenever I want to stand up and grab a tissue I have a mini panic attack because I feel like everyone will judge me and laugh at me and just stare at me, but it's fun! Totally fun....... *Help me*

Pregnancy causes you to have extra blood in your body so the blood vessels in your nose have swelled causing the blockage feeling. Nose strips helped me so much when I was pregnant!

Yes!! Nasal strips were the only way I could sleep in the third trimester. My dr said the nasal membranes swell in pregnancy. She also instructed me to use Flonase if needed, and that helped a lot.

Have you tried sleeping in a recliner? I know it’s not the perfect solution, but when you can’t breathe, it does give you some relief. Also, it helps with your pain as it take the pressure off painful areas. Laying flat sucks! Give it a shot, can’t hurt 👍🤧. Works for me 😀

Tip for your allergies: In 2 cups of boiling water empty the contents of the Vick’s vapor rub and let it boil for 3 mins. pour into ice cube molds freeze put in bottom of shower and take a hot shower. The ice cube will evaporate and set ur nose free 😂

Coleen! A tip for the breathing thing and your stuffed nose is when you're laying down don't lay on your back. Lay on one side and the opposite side of your nose will be come unclogged, keep switching the sides and if this doesn't work walking around usually helps me. Best of luck, me

Actually babies sleep a lot, just not for a consistent period of time! As long as you are okay sleeping when it’s daytime and taking naps, then you can actually get sleep! He will probably wake up at least 5-6 times a night from newborn-3 months, but they sleep a lot so just sleep when he sleeps💙

You probably wont see this, but you can take Motrin for your nose. It sounds silly, but its an anti-inflammatory and will help open up your nasal passages by reducing the swelling. It will help you to breathe better. Also, make sure you bleach out your humidifier. They breed bacteria and can really cause problems for your sinuses. If you see this, tweet her and tell her so she can get some relief.

It's normally a great idea! Unfortunately, taking ibuprofen (Advil and Motrin) is generally not recommended when you'repregnant, especially during the third trimester. I don't know if there are other anti inflammatories that are safe. My doctor said no way to Motrin. I'm also in the third trimester.

Every doctor recommends different things. I've had five children, and took Motrin the entire time with all five. Its not a problem unless you are taking large doses daily.
