Hi Daphne, good morning from Southern California, Moving is such a pain. I have not moved in 52 years. I am still working on Golden Cocker Spaniel. Love Cocker Spaniels. But Dachshunds are my favorite breed of dog. Therefore I think you should get Doxies. My life has been wild. A week ago Sunday, I tripped over the leg of the coffee table, and slammed to the floor. I started to get up, and saw blood. I was also spitting out some of my teeth. I made my way over to the sofa, and got back on. I then went into the office bathroom and I looked a mess. Plus my lumbar area of my back was in pain. On Monday my Personal assistant Sylvia said you are going to the ER. Because of how I looked and acted I went rate in. After having several tests, turns out I broke my nose, chipped my two front teeth, traumatized my spinal cord in my lumbar area, and sprained both knees. I am seeing my PC 2morrow at 10:30am. Dr. Frischer will be in charge of whatever repairs I need. So keep me in your thoughts and prayers. Best of luck moving to Canada. I have a massive amount of cousins who live in Nova Scotia, mostly in Pictou. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts regarding your move. Congratulations to your son graduating from high school.

Oh, I felt that here! I've been lucky and careful since my last big fall and haven't fallen in awhile. I am very careful and have still had a few close calls. Aging is never easy. In 2018 I fell and hit my upper thigh hard. I still have pain from it but for months couldn't lay on that side. No I didn't go to the doctor. Didn't go when I tripped going up the stairs with my hands full either. I did manage to twist my body so I hit my right shoulder. Bruised up and I think I damaged my tendons in that arm but they've healed up pretty good. Stay safe!

Great update and chat. I am the same way with some of the special drills. I had to laugh when you said,'hubby had never met a bare counter he didn't like' or something ti tgat effect. My mom says the same thing about my dad. He has things in every drawer in the house! Have a good week ahead!

I wonder what the background employment check will look like with you being self employed. I’ve heard it being a nightmare even if you move within the states a lot of apartments hesitate approving if you are a KZbinr due to the inconsistency of pay even if you are okay.

I’ve been listening for awhile now and the one thing that sticks out every WIP and chat is how messed up the gvmt is and how you have to tell them every detail of every minute of your life. It’s unreal. From taxes to paying off a car to moving, to a 1099, they control everything. And now you’ll have two gvmts monitoring every move you make. It’s really horrifying. If it weren’t for all the gvm involvement you’d be so much farther along. Sigh…I don’t envy you having the good ol USA crawling up your business. I’ll be so happy for you when the move is over. $500 for a consult is robbery imho. They can tell you what you need to know for fifty bucks, trust me. Ok rant over. I’ll pray for you guys.🙏
