Adapt and overcome challenges? It was his own fk up. That is just incompetence. There were still 2 better options than what he did to try bail himself out too. Hope he got the appropriate number of complaints. I would be surprised if his employer is happy with him working another job on the side while they are paying him at the same time to be making mistakes like this.

I worked at Morrisons as a teenager and we had a staff canteen - I absolutely loved it The choice, subsidised prices obviously too - ended up eating there on days I wasn’t even on the rota to work. Since then though - I’ve worked in places where you either take your lunch in, order it in from a local cafe etc. or go out. I wonder how successful a business could be if they had the model of a typical staff canteen like this but opened up to the pubic. Selected range of choices each day but always something to tickle our tastebuds. Providing parking was easy I’d definitely be tempted as I get overwhelmed with choice and need to see/smell the choices to really know if I fancy it.

Love the content Mr T! Your videos actually inspired me to make some. Got a small tip when it comes to helping to make the onions more manageable on the smashburger. I like to toss them in a container with some salt for a little while, then squeeze out some of the water. This makes them less stiff so you can clump them on the meat ball more easily before smashing.
