everyone saying why is salah doing it, why is ronaldo doing it. they definetely werent doing it when they were kids. what they were doing when they were kids made them who they are today not what they are doing today. thats what this guy is trying to preach. when they were kids there were barefoot, playing in the park etc.

I played football barefoot for the most part of my life. When I joined my grassroot team after 1¹/² yrs I got injured and since 2022 I've not been able to return. So what is the hook

I'm really mad that our coach makes us do dumb plans, side planks, sit ups every single week, also we would to squats and step-ups across the pitch making our legs sore and heavy. And then (really smart programing lol) we would do sprints at the end of the session ultimately making us waste our time, energy and athleticism. Also I noticed something like really small hernias popping up below my abdomen, and my groin area isn't letting my glutes work and it gets stiff and sore the next day. What can I do to fix these problems?

So in one of your posts you told that we should try to hold a plank for 3 mins and now you are telling we shouldn't im quite confused so can you like list down exercises other then fascia ones that can help build athleticism because im quite confused

this guy is wrong and doesnt know what hes taling about , if any sort of physical training is wrong then why do people like messi ronaldo modric mo salah etc do it?? and those are some of the most succesful ATHELETES EVER even people like lebron and michael jordan did too. as a footballer u dont need 2hour sessions with heavy weights all u really need is 30 to 45 minutes at 2 times a week in seasn to maintain light weights for high reps , with calishthenics exercises and core work and plyo metrics and 3 times a week durring offseason to build good base u dont need too many exercises here is an example Lower Body (Power, Strength, Stability) Bulgarian Split Squats - Builds unilateral strength and stability. Nordic Hamstring Curls - Strengthens hamstrings and reduces risk of tears. Kettlebell Swings - Improves posterior chain power and explosiveness. Single-Leg Deadlifts - Focuses on balance, stability, and hamstring strength. Box Jumps (Depth/Explosive) - Develops plyometric power. Upper Body (Strength, Stability) Push Press - Builds explosive shoulder and tricep strength. Pull-Ups/Chin-Ups - Enhances upper body strength and core stability. Landmine Press (Single Arm) - Engages core while developing unilateral pushing power. Core (Strength, Stability) Pallof Press - Improves anti-rotational core stability. Hanging Leg Raises - Builds core strength and hip flexor control. Russian Twists (Weighted) - Improves rotational strength for turning and pivoting. Prehab & Mobility Copenhagen Plank - Targets adductors to prevent groin injuries. Glute Bridges/Hip Thrusts - Activates glutes for sprinting and stability. Ankle Dorsiflexion Work (e.g., Calf Raises) - Prevents ankle injuries and enhances agility. Turkish Get-Ups - Improves overall mobility, core strength, and shoulder stability. nice and simple and effective this guy is wrong if his facia whatever is so right then why isnt he or is players playing for top 15 clubs for the 1st team consistnently

Players do these type of workouts yet get injured without contact people just need to do different type of training that prevents injury

They don’t have to do those exercises, because they have already natural acquired the ability to move holistically, That’s why they are pros. This training and his channel is centred around trying to replicate the environment and the internal structure those elite’s athletes had. If gym exercises made you the next “Neymar” we would have hundreds.
