Thank you for the video! I liked that the topics were covered quite thoroughly. I would like to hear about how to do all this in winter, maybe there are some replacements. For example, for walking barefoot, in the morning sun, etc.

Hello Taylor! I watched the entire video and it was really great and I gathered valuable knowledge. What should I do about shoulder subluxations preventing me to play football? It has happened 4 times when playing football and close to 10 times in total, always same shoulder. I do not want surgery. I have taken a break from football since september 9 2024 and it has not happened since then. I do the usual rotator cuff exercises but I think the best thing I currently do is a thing called indian clubs swinging. My shoulders feel stronger but I do not know if I am ready for a comeback to football. It seems like the fascia around my shoulders and chest and upper back and scapulas and all of it is really tight or restricted. I recently did upper body fascia work with vaccum with a physiotherapeut and I got clear blue marks around the affected shoulder suggesting it was really tight. With the physio I also found out that the muscles in my abdomen region are very tight. My shoulders have also always been rounded forward but my posture is "getting better". I know in my heart that the shoulder problem was initially created from all the gym work I did. I barely do traditional gym work now but I still like to do it sometimes because I think it is fun. Even if I stop with gym I still want to do chalistenics for the having fun part you talk about in this video. I like to look aesthetically good from gym work/chalistenics since my appearance was one of my biggest insecurities growing up. I could be open to releasing the need to look good since football is more important but I feel more confident when I look good.

Great video Taylor . Just a quick question, what is the best way to improve my dribbling, do I have to play more small sided game or training alone too? Thx.

Hey Taylor. Thanks for the video. I want to share a problem that I think most footballers have. Like in Laws Of Football and any other "football IQ" videos, it's always said that we should "scan" and "think of what we want to do" before receiving the ball. Doesn't that take away from the flow state when we're thinking? How do you advice we scan, should we just take mental pictures of the field and then let our intuition take over or how do you suggest we go about it. Once again thanks for the great and insightfull youtube videos, the football world is grateful to have you.
