Love almost everything about this home. My only major critique is the oven right up against the refrigerator. They definitely need to be separated. Great video. Great commentary. Love the addition of the dimensions for the bedrooms. Keep up the amazing work, and stay safe out there.

Love the layout. NO TO BARN DOORS. That bar in the kitchen is great for a buffet service bar. The China cabinets are lovely in the kitchen. Good, room for a freezer in utility room. Like the linen closet outside the bathroom off the kitchen. I like these shotgun style homes. You see them a lot through the South. Notice how the light pastel cream walls give the rooms a light airy larger look. The GRAY PAINT DOESN’T. That master needs sheers for curtains. Needs a tv for master bedroom. Like the subtle decor used for the bathrooms. Needs cornices and sheers for curtains. No apparent blinds in windows. It’s a home that says I’d love plants.

I toured a plantation home in Louisiana in the early 80s that had a graceful wrap around porch and the main porch was 22 feet long by 16 feet wide. I have never found an adequate porch on any home since then.😂

This is a very nice home!!!...Love the front porch!!!....Just wanted to mention as Senior myself and a home health care employee, I really love the master sizeable walk in shower.... Its very difficult for most seniors to get in and out of tubs or step over tubs....it can even be dangerous ...in fact I wouldn't be a bit surprised if in the future you will see elder housing remove tubs all together for a sit down space removable shower head.

I’m southern and I hate biscuits and gravy. And around here it’s sausage gravy which is even worse. My son said that growing up that was the one thing he loved about camping with his dad’s family. He got biscuits and sausage gravy.

This is a really beautiful layout. I love, like you were trying to say, that the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room seem to be separated but still also feel open concept. The island is beautiful with it's unique shape and design. Love the utility room too! The color scheme is also beautiful and neutral to imagine all sorts of personal styling and additions of choice colors. Not too sure about the shiny furniture cause I feel like every fingerprint would be easily seen and good for a crime scene analysis.LOL! I would like to see something like this in a 1400-1500 sq ft design with only 2 bedrooms. Thank you for all your wonderful filming of all the possibilities in modular homes with such a fun time through all your witty banter.

Absolutely love this home for an open concept which I usually hate. Love the space in the living room. I don’t like feeling cramped up, but still close enough to hold a conversation. If you have kids or grandkids they need room to play. Love that the laundry room has a large enough space for a full-size w/d, plus a freezer. This is a great looking house. Just wish they wouldn’t use such cheap materials for the “basic” home as they are usually more expensive than “real” homes. Unfortunately, these things depreciate 150,000 when you pull them off the lot. 🥲

Teresa, is this one $150,000 or are you talking in general. I’m trying to see if I can get something like this but one bedroom for under $90,000 because I need an acre to put in on. I’m sick and in severe pain even with my morphine pump I just can’t keep up with my old home but I can afford to buy anything in Indiana it’s about $160,000 and up for anything in a safe neighborhood. My husband is doing everything and he’s breaking down. If you know about people that sell these could you send them my way? Ty, Merry Christmas!❤️

Looking at the refrigerator and wall oven, scoot the refrigerator to the right, making space between the appliance that cools and the appliance that heats. Put a counter between the two. Just my preference. Thank you, Chance, for all the home tours.

Dishwasher buggin me to, ackward for loading dishwasher - not necessary the unloading part because you always run around kitchen putting stuff in different spots but lugging dirty stuff from sink to partially around island seems a little messy 😕😕😕 I would straighten it out and bring a bit closer to sink. I’m sure they could adjust the island shape and layout during ordering.
