The Balden Arm Arms is also a highly desired kit for those looking to upgrade their kits as those joints can be used as elbow joints, and considering the amount of kits out there that only have 90° bends, it makes sense why. Obviously not all of those kits are compatible out of the box, but this is model kit building, modifying kits are an inevitability sooner or later.

I’m *hoping* they’ll manage to keep these and rest of the IBO option sets in stock- I’ve found it quite frustrating when trying to make a Scharfrichter or Landman Rodi, especially since the latter appears much more in IBO that the “normal” Man Rodi that’s available as a kit. I was hoping that at least those two and the Graze Ground type would one day get re-releases with the option parts included, but I doubt that’ll happen even if the sprue is laid out in such a way that allows it.

You did goof the barrel assembly for the gatling. One of the round pieces towards the middle isn't supposed to be visible, so something is off.

I got some of these Option Parts myself, the Gatling Gun is my fave to make my Zaku 2000F feel more like "Zapper Zaku"

If you are into hardcore customization, you need to take a loot at 08 (Ballden arm arms). This is because it is just an excuse to put out a ton of various joints. You know how ancient gunpla do not have ball joint shoulders, and just have straight pegs? I've seen people surgically insert Ballden arm ball joints into those. You can also hollow out the arms and use the joints to give them more modern elbows.

I should make an honorable mention of a kotobukiya kit- the Frame Arms Girl Greifen. This is a girl in set of power loader armor. It is notable because THE ARMOR CAN ONE HAND THE GATLING GUN. The robot arm has subarms, and if you switch the stick handle and the bar handle, you can get a firm, secure grip between the large robot hand and the subarm. So... you can DUAL WIELD.

There are MG option parts sets but unfortunately they are not standard releases, they are P-Bandai releases. Such as an upgrade set for the MG RX-78-2 version 3.0, the MG Barbatos, the MG Gundam F-90 (weapons sets options A-Z), MG Gundam Wing EW Glory Of The Losers option parts set, MG Heavy Weapon System for the Nu Gundam ver KA, and if there are any others I don’t know what else there might be. But that’s what I’ve seen and I have a few of them in my collection.
