Get a little piece of leather and remove the burr after the 120 and check out the sharpness. You will be surprised. Great job keep going!

@@rogueskypilot4116 Or even a wine cork works well to remove the burr. I actually just use a 120 belt on my paring knives. I want them super toothy 🤪
