@@hotbread1004 Agreed. I played Ark for a long time, but it's very unforgiving, especially if you play on servers where other players can troll/grief you. I played PvP for the longest time, and if you're okay with losing shit tons of progress in an instant, then Ark might be okay for you. Fun game, but the amount of glitches, cheating, and time sink vs rewards is absolutely bogus. Definitely addicting though--

So, For the cable company/man video you should be able to add authorized users/callers or just provide the account number and pin and normally they will talk to you if you have all the info needed, most companies have a system that allows for that. The reason they don't talk to people not authorized or with the information they need for a bypass is because they could be like a vindictive ex or family member or something and they can't prove you are who you say you are unless you can validate. I literally had a sister call and say her brother died and gave the acct info and she switched it into her name and messed with the services, I got the guy calling back and looking into the acct I saw that she had lied to the previous agent to get the acct changed into her name and it had to go to our fraud dept and a police report had to be filed and everything... (Worked for a telcom company for 3 years as a CS and Escalations manager/Team Lead.)
