That man is unmedicated.That is rage, and he is doing everything he can to repress it and contain it to himself (boundary wise). The archetypal blind rage, you are tunnel visioned and cannot hold on to your fleeting thoughts for the life of you, just pure input of every sense activated at once with no way to process it and you just want to react, and it takes everything to narrow down to a simple repeatable sentence or word.
