Looks and sounds awesome brother I have a phantom version 2 and your right about the unbalanced crank I changed the guts to my phantom to a stihl 52mm 044ms440 big bore piston and rings and 10mm pin bearing shell go 46 mph with a 245 pound rider so your avenger with a balanced crank should fly I'm still using the NT speed carburetor and stock exhaust and it's loud lol I subscribed to your channel ride safe brother

Thanks ya I'm 265 and this Avenger 85 doesn't even care. I swapped out the 50t for a 40t and it seems to pull harder. It hit 40mph like it was nothing, can't wait to take it to some trails 👍

Your 100th like right here! Your Phatmoto looks and sounds freaking great. Where did you score that sweet handlebar crossbar? I've been on a staycation vacation all week as all my upgrade parts and accessories arrived. Tomorrow the bike and engine arrive, so I'm nerding out hard tonight on Phatmoto videos, thanks so much for making this. They're such awesome bikes. Went with the matte green All Terrain fat tire 32 mph variant. How do you say no to those juicy 4" fat tires, they look so badass on this bike. So I'm swapping out the stock Compass tires for a super beefy set of Ultraverse tires. I think they're going to look and work incredible on the Phatmoto. I decided to max mod the 79cc stock engine and see how it goes for now, I love how much leg room space you have because of its modest size. Your 2 stroke conversion preserves that leg room and slim profile very well. If I can get 38 mph out of it after the upgrades and mods I'll be stoked.

@@engineunknown2 wow! Good speed for a Phatmoto All Terrain. I have a mostly stock one myself, as well as a Phantom 85 that's stock on a Schwinn. I like that avenger engine, seems more simple and upgradeable than the phantom 85.
@engineunknown29 ай бұрын
@gta5grindzxb145 Thanks, I've owned two Phantom 85 motors and this Avenger 85cc feels way better. There's no vibration, you don't feel like it is overheating and the power feels a lot stronger 👍

Bro can you give me advice whats better a fat tire bike or me just using a 700c kent bike? I live in a small town and other near by cities are 20 miles distance and work for me is traveling wise is road and half dirt
@engineunknown29 ай бұрын
I would personally use the Kent with a 4stroke kit if I was building a bike to go back and forth from work. The options for upgrades like wheels and stuff are easier to find than the fat tire bikes.

Your avenger 85cc needs the MZ65 expansion chamber on it. Just cut the mounting surface off of your stock pipe and have it welded on the MZ65 pipe. Thing rips for what it is!

Soon I'm going to order a mz65 belly pipe and head for it

I'd get a rear view mirror & a $25 runleader cylinder head temp guage. I wasted $12 buying the rpm hr meter guage. But I can use it on my generator or chainsaw. So it's not a total waste.

@@engineunknown2 Some people seem to have gotten duds but my Runleader has lasted since like December 2022. It even survived several 200F temps & 350F when my bike was stored under a blue tarp in full sun ☀ on a 98F day. I had no idea the blue plastic tarp was getting that hot underneath in full sunlight. It was acting like a solar oven.

My seem to work good so far but I've had a couple over the years go bad. You could slow cook under that tarp

@engineunknown216 күн бұрын
Ya i agree. Some 2 strokes don't last long like the phatom85. I've had two of them both blew up pretty quick. But I've found pk80 and the Avenger 85 can last a long time. It really just depends how you use it
