We need more story driven shows with very likeable characters, emotional connections, and enough background info to really get a handle on who they are. We don't need it spread over an entire season, it can be filled in one or two episodes if told correctly. Dana showed us all this. Maybe if more voices spoke out to tell them we want, no... need more like this. Maybe we'll get more like Gravity Falls, Amphibia, and The Owl House. Instead of mindless, no sense of character growth even after 11 seasons, no consequences, type of show were used to? Aren't there enough people who want to feel connected to the characters rather than just mindlessly laugh for 30 minutes but feel no connections or there? Isn't that why we value shows like TOH and the shows before it so very much? Even if they're like pure, refreshing water in an ocean of undrinkable, salty water? How long will we have to wait again before we can have another sip of that refreshing pure water as we float in the ocean of undrinkable water?
