commenting here so Dan potentially sees it. Your comment about not wanting the rpm act to pass is very damaging to people who like to modify cars. The passing of the rpm act would protect our rights to modify our vehicles. Again, the rpm act is a good thing. Please please please do your research and understand the situation before making further statements, because with as large of a reach as you have, comments with misinformation such as this video contained could severely damage our ability to build race cars. Thanks.

HEY!! if you swapped from bulbs to LED tail lights you need Load Resistors. They are mad cheap and they keep your turn signals at normal speed. Without doing this your LEDS will die fast, and if you have any bulbs they will burn out.

also something random but might help is doing the big 4 upgrade, upgrading ground from battery, ground from engine bay, power wire from alternator to positive on battery, and ground your alternator to the frame or the negative on battery, also use all 0 gauge wire. wont cost ya no more than 100 bucks and will be a nice upgrade for ya, also you can take the starter wire off and put blue loctite on that piece
@METAL-FARMER3 жыл бұрын
Check your ground off the battery to the frame. Also check the 2 grounds located by the a-pillars under the dash panel that covers the speakers. To get that panel off you have to remove the oh shit handle and a-pillar trim pieces. Those two grounds most likely will have the dash insulation trapped between the nut and base of post. Also check the power steering power cable connections. Also watch the light your headlights cast on a wall or driving at night for a flicker. If you have a steady flicker let me know and I'll fill you in on the rest.

I have a 03 duramax, they are known for bad grounds. I had to add a ground from the main battery to the core support to the frame. Ac wouldn’t work, cts edge 3 would t work, all gauge would go crazy. Considering the amount of work you’ve done to the truck. Maybe it’s a loose or corroded ground. Maybe the engine to frame ground is bad, and for what ever reason even a a ground being corroded can cause intermittent issues. Maybe it’s worth a shot. Good luck brother love the content.

For stalling in a turn, I had a Lincoln Navigator that did the same thing. Turns out, the steering column was a bit worn and was grinding against the fuel rail, pushing it against the wires for the air ride (I picked up this car totaled). It would short the entire system and stall. Took me forever to checkout, but now I always check the steering column clearance, maybe that could be your issue?
