Hi Tuuvas, i was trying to set up your KA-50 controls, but it seems bugged for me since in game modifiers don't work, when I am setting them up in game I can press them and they work, would you mind sharing a controls file for ka-50 so I can just import it to see if it fixes the problem (Modifiers work just fine in Mi-24)?

That's when gamepads and DCS become magical. You can lay down, stand up, play at a coffee shop, whatever you want! That's partially why I picked up a GPD Win 4 so I can play even without a laptop, but its deadzones are just too terrible atm

I've been told it's a bug with CCRP, unguided bombs will miss if dropped in straight and level flight. They're more accurate in a dive it seems, but i hope it gets fixed soon.

Yeah I've seen that as well. Plus upon review, it turns out my dive bomb was actually very accurate. When I pressed pickle button, the designation point jumped to just before the bunker. What I should have done was stay in AUTO mode and release during pull up from the dive

Don't forget that the Strike eagle also has one huge advantage over its smaller competition It carries big bombs effortlessly. 5x GBU-10? 6x Mk84AIR? Still have room left over for extra fuel and AAMs? No problem Oh yeah the high-resolution mapping radar is also pretty good too I guess. Taking images of airfields 80 miles away you can fix targets off of is something to note on the side xD

lol I personally love the heck out of the air-to-ground radar. Too many times have I logged into hoggit and found I could barely do anything due to overcast clouds. Not a problem anymore! (assuming the target is no smaller than a house)

Have tried this mission several times but the SA-15 in the first valley gets me every time no matter what. (Yes, I'm flying very low, yes, I'm dropping countermeasures, yes, I'm using terrain masking.) In your video the SA-15 fires only a single missile which doesn't come anywhere near you. When I fly it fires two missiles right at me and there's no way to avoid them. Suggestions?

Basically always make snake-like curves while flying low. I purposely put the two side-hills between me and the SA-15 to terrain mask. Then by the time I come out from the 2nd hill, the SA-15 cannot see me anymore due to being on the other side of its own hill

Normally I use the right stick mapped to mouse control for head movement. But in this video, I recorded while in VR for the viewer experience. Looks better for the video this way.

Both the Viggen and Black Shark (2 and 3) are in my usual album of layouts. Make sure to use your browser's search function to look for "AJS-37" or "Ka-50" and you should find them. If you can't, click the "Load more images" button at the bottom of the page imgur.com/a/0y4YsYp

This gameplay is in VR. By disabling the "Use Mouse" VR option, it will lock the cursor to the center of your FOV. From there, you can simply look at a button/switch and click it

hi i would like to ask is there a way to change the speed/sensitivity of the throttle? i prefer using the smooth option instead of the step and the f15s throttle moves very slow when holding the button to lets say increase thrust

Unfortunately there's no way to change the throttle sensitivity on button press. The throttle moves as much as it does to allow fine control for tasks like air-to-air refueling. It moves about as fast as the F-16's throttle does currently.
