Literally why buy anything else right now. This stick is a game changer in the price to performance value for flight sticks. The competition will need to step up their game now which will be great for consumers going forward.

Hi Tuuvas. Just started out on a xbox conttoller after my hotas packed up recently. Followed all your steps as best I could and downloaded your controller profiles. On the KA-50 I am not sure if I did something wrong but some of the controls don't seem to match the layout diagram. Mainly the camera controls that are not working quite right, the other layouts are fine for me. Would you be able to check that out please?

The controls and setup required in this game is rediculous. I understand it's more aimed at the pro with all the controllers and pro setup but I have never had such a headache from setting up a game before I've even launch the gameplay! Hats off to you, sir. You have saved me hours of playing around to get a semi working setup, and your setup goes the whole way! I never knew steam had such a great setup for modifying controllers like that! I'm back here writing this message and I've only seen the mouse movement from the controller which I think is a great idea! Now this noob is away to provide some cannon fodder for the pros to take out... Wish me luck...

I actually started to fly dcs with a ps4 controller from your guide man! Helped me to sort controls out and now i fly the tomcat, strike eagle, and A-10C with ease.

I absolutely agree in the fact that equipment does not make the pilot, but damn a joypad is stretching it... a lot.

I'm still using my 20-years-old Logitech Attack 3. I wish I had ANY deadzone at all lol. Poor thing just acts like I'm putting the stick 50% of the way from the slightest touches to it. The best part - it doesn't even hold the center. Whatever poor aviageek souls would to to enjoy DCS :)

Just subscribed. DCS recognizes my xbox controller even though it's not in Steam. Should I add it to steam anyway?

Thanks for making this and the profiles! I used your F-16C profile. I thought, from the tutorial, that maybe it was going to be a nightmare to pickup. Yet only took about an hour to begin memorizing all the button combos. I have the F and P switches on the bottom so I'll just start assigning those their own key combos as well. It's actually incredible how many functions you can fit on just an xbox controller.

Great Review Tuuvas :) Just curious on 2 things, mainly: 1. The deflection angle per axis. Did you have to apply any curve to the roll and pitch axis in DCS? if yes, what curve values did you set for the URSA Minor? 2. How's the plastic quality of the grip?

When I pressed all the way to the Left or all the way to the Right and hold the controller stick to see the vehicle turned wheel then hit your keyboard steering you can after hitting that keyboard steering key the wheel will even go farther and that is the way to see what's going on.

I have a HOTAS but I'm considering doing this because I can't bind looking around to the joystick on my throttle which makes it a pain to keep track of targets in dogfights lol

I have a question, so I have a modifier set to my xbox controller, which is the share button and bound to control button on keyboard but whenever I press the modifier or the share button it takes a picture or starts recording a video is there any way to stop this button from taking pictures? Xbox gamebar is disabled. Thx

I think this seems to be what I'm after I'm not vibing as much as I thought with the controller and this could be a good answer. Not massively expensive doesn't take up loads of desk space it's just going to be camera movement that seems to be the issue. And for when I jump into msfs I think would be perfect
