I have made both those shawls with the plotulopi, and if you add a strand of mohair as you knit it, when you block it, it makes it so much softer and nicer.

Great plans. Better to be ambitious than conservative. Especially when ordering yarn. It is so fun to pair yarn with patterns. Sometimes i feel like i have already knit these garments in my head. Then i actually have to physically knit them. Good thing i like knitting. Have fun! I am sure your recipients will be delighted with their knits. :)

Hi Ally, great knitting plans and lovely yarn choice! 😍 I made the bigger shawl by Ozetta last year and it I really enjoyed the process even though it took longer than expected. Also made Allgooddress last summer in the Strawberry ice cream colourway 😊 Love the colour and the dress, just make sure the dyelots are the same 🍓 (mine weren't 🙈🙈). Barbara
