Your description of trying to sit down for your study made me laugh - we have 4 littles - the youngest is 4 months. The absolute best advice I have been trying to live out is that our quiet time with the Father doesn't have to be a sit down, quiet time with no interruptions. We can allow him to enter into every moment of our day. I have found the best quiet time right now to be sitting in the rocker in our room, nursing the baby. Or when I am doing dishes after the bustle of the morning. I talk to the Lord, I listen to him, and I quietly sing a new song. It is so easy to think we're not "doing it right" if we don't sit down intentionally to read our bible or do our devotional. We sometimes forget that our worship and devotional is ongoing, throughout our day. That simple mindset shift has given me sooo much freedom, and been a source of God's overwhelming and abundant grace.

I agree. I always feel I’m not “doing it right” so I’ve started implementing that time once the kids are in bed or nursing in the night. I can’t get away from littles at any time minus a couple minutes different every night once they are asleep. Mornings second I’m up littles are up.. and my brother I foster is up long before anyone else lol

I hope this doesn’t come off as rude but you’ve talked about simplifying your wardrobe and that you are not buying as many clothes, but it seems you are constantly buying new dresses. Have you found you’re having to buy more clothes now that you wear dresses everyday since you can’t mix and match dresses like you could a top and bottoms? Just wondering if that’s made it harder to keep your wardrobe simple

another great video Milena! the relationship between siblings is so important for parents to encourage and pour into i never let my children hit one another, speak badly of one another and always remind them that will be in each others lives forever it important to remind them of the gift of one another and how enriched their lives are by having each other

I totally agree with you in teaching children to be responsible for their own toys and rooms. I have a 42 year old that has never done that. She was raised in a clean home and I did way too much for her. We now share a house which I bought for us both. I can't get her to keep her room clean or her bathroom. She says its her space and I should not care. I have tried to explain that if you don't keep things clean and maintained they will not last. She fights me like she is still a toddler. So, parents install this in them while they are young. Pride in the things you own is very important.

I dress what I consider modest to me (no leggings outside of the house unless a shirt covers my butt, no crop tops, no v-necks, no tight clothing unless they are skinny jeans) but I have been wearing dresses so much more lately and have loved every single dress I’ve seen you where! It’s because of you and Jordan that I pulled my Bible out again and printed out a free study template. My husband grew up with both grandparents being ministers but we’ve honestly lost our way. I pray with my children everyday and teach them skills and lessons from the Bible but haven’t really delve in with them. I love these vlogs! ❤

My daughter is usually pretty good at cleaning up her toys, she LOVES to help me clean! But I tried telling her (she’s 2.5) old that toys that are thrown or left laying around maybe can go to another child if she won’t respect and take care of her things…..she then proceeded to put all her toys at the front door😂. At first I thought she wasn’t understanding what I was saying, but in hindsight I think that’s her way of telling me that she doesn’t need a lot of toys to be happy. Every time I say that, she immediately offers up toys to give away. So sweet! But also it is reminding me I don’t *need* to buy her all the cute toys I want to. She’s happy with what she has💜

Hi Milena! Yes! A video about sibling relationships would be amazing!! I just have one sister and we have never gotten along. I would say we're estranged. And I now have a toddler girl and a baby girl and I'm nervous about their relationship when they grow up. I obviously don't know how to have a healthy relationship with my sister, so I want to set up my girls for success. Also, I know God gave me two girls on purpose - He's going to use my girls to teach me how to have a relationship with my sister. Love all of your videos! They are a blessing 🥰💛

It stood out to me that she mentioned a product to get at Target considering that company's values. I have a lot of products from that store too but I would not repurchase from there.

Just a reminder that all major department stores in the US are owned by corrupt companies who engage in and donate to organizations that Christians disagree with. Unfortunately we do have to live and use what’s accessible in our life and community. When I go to Target or Other major stores that advertise things that are sinful I actually use the opportunity to pray while walking through the store. Praying for other shoppers as well company leadership and the pressure they face from investors to be “woke”.

It’s difficult but most companies are doing it and at this point if you’re not living an 100% self sustainable life where everything you consume or own is made by yourself, someone evil out there is profiting from it. I agree with you though, if she’s going to continue shopping from there I would just not mention where it’s from to viewers, to not encourage people buying there

oh milena , the beautiful sanctification process that the Lord has been growing you into is honestly so humbling ! i have absolutely noticed the intimate work that it took for the Lord to do an 180 in your life . i just am so in awe of Him && His beautiful faithfulness ! the way that your life REFLECTS Him in literally every way is just so so sweet ! i admire this && just desire for my life to be guided into a life of daily surrender && worship to Him ! i also , am just so encouraged by your modesty ! the way that you literally gave your clothing up to Him && sought Him out && how He wants you to dress is so vital . i ADORE these beautiful dresses && skirts that you wear ! they are so beautiful without leaning into the temptation to win approval with our bodies . I . LOVE . YOUR . OUTFITS . i personally have been so encouraged to wear more dresses && skirts && not needing a really special occasion for them . i want to start wearing them more just so i can look pretty in the mundane moments of my day while still treating my body as a Holy temple ! continue in the ways of the Lord milena && He will continue to shape && mold your ♡ into His likeness ! 💐🤍

Please please please do the siblings video!!! My boy is now 3 and my girl is 1 and it is a consistent part of my life to keep asking him to be gentle, to stop touching and squeezing her face, stop pushing/pulling her etc... they do love each other but I do worry that the constant bad attention he is getting from me because of her will negatively affect their relationship, however I do need to keep this baby safe . Tricky!

Milena, you should look into joining the YMCA. They have child watch at certain hours and I’ve had a great experience with the staff of childcare. The YMCA offers some classes that are actually really good! And it feels great as a mommy to have 1-2 hours to just focus on your health while kids are right down the hall having fun. The Y truly changed my life and attitude. Fitness was really important to me before babies, and I didn’t realize how much I missed a real gym workout until I got to go back. And it’s such a plus that my kids love going to the Y.

Pretty, classy, floral etc. but also beachy tropical too...and so seeing you in all yours, I’m like wow, is the Lord leading me to want that. I have a prayer request… I’ve been struggling a lot this past two months with what seems to be PPD, spiritual attacks, whatever thou wanna call it I’m not doing well. I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old and I just simply can’t seem to show up for them. I just have this depression cloud hovering over me and I can’t shake it. I feel shameful and full of guilt but feel so bound. I’ve been begging God to intervene and to speak to me and I’ll have moments of intimate moments of time with him but the feelings just keep coming back on. I’m terrified I’m going to ruin my kids. My husband works a lot so I’m alone with them constantly. I feel so ashamed that I’m not enjoying this season because I’ve prayed for these babies for so long. I just need prayer. I just need God.

Can you please make a video on the godly tools you use to share Bible stories with your kids. I know you share here and there some great tools but one full video on it would be so helpful! Thanks!

This is amazing, it’s been on my heart since watching the chosen about doing a Shabbat, so this is my confirmation and thank you for putting this out there! God bless you and your family. Question though what about the dishes from the Shabbat? Do you do them? Or wait till Saturday night to do them? I know that’s not the important part but I want suggestions. 😊

Hey Milena! Thanks for always being an inspiration. Was it an app that you were using for the bible stories during the kids breakfast? If yes, you mind sharing it??
