I’m always curious if people that have nice lawns that do it themselves. Is that your hobby? Like my free time goes to working on old cars and I don’t have time to care about my lawn. I bought a reel mower and realized I would have to mow my lawn twice a week for it to keep up with the length before it got to long. I just don’t have time for that unless I give up on my other things. That’s why I ask is this your “thing”? Oh I guess I have to say my yard is almost half a football field. It takes about 40 minutes with a traditional push mower that’s not edging or weed whacking or even blowing the sidewalks.

@yardbrah, am following your nice 'tumbler' conversion of Fiskars. I tried doing something similar with HF wheels, but it does not fill the entire space between the stock wheels. Did you use any spacers in between? Also, did you look into converting the Fiskars into an electric motor based to solve the rpm issue? I am thinking to mount a RYOBI setup and connect the battery powered motor to the wheel chain.

Hello, just put the Harbor Freight wheels on Fiskars. The side wheels like you said are two small. I watched several videos and decided to add a cap onto the side tires. You get old bike tire with good tread. Cut the tire to use the tread part. Use a string to get correct length. Cleaned the rubber on both let dry. Super glued rubber cap onto the Fiskars original tires. Then stainless (like dry wall screws) 1 1/4”, two on each side of mating edges. Then two every other spoke. Mowed yard got stripes and caps worked great!

@@houstonpatriot59 the tires were 27.5 mountain bike. The tread was deep dimples so every screw was place where a dimple bump was removed ( razor knife cut out rubber bump ). Due to plastic wheel hub ( strong plastic) I could pull the head of screw recessed, below level of tread, rolls smoothly.
