Massive thanks for all the feedback & comments on lasts weeks episodes. We’re trying to keep this as real as possible … It’s going to be a rollercoaster of a season.

Seems like a tough slog this season, stay positive man that all you can do. I think the Ducati's have adapted far beyond the others manufacturers with most of there bikes in the top ten, maybe some RPM limits might be coming soon.

Looks like the Ducati has the edge at the moment in all areas, plus Bautista weighs so Little there should be a rider / bike minimum weight limit.

Tough times! Ducati have nailed it! Everyone can see their advantage compared to the other bikes. It’s not just Alvaro, his main thing is consistency. Sure you can get the bike sorted though. Keep plugging away and it’ll come good!

The 1st time I ever heard of Jonathan Rea was about 2014 or 15. It was a KZbin video and and they were talking about caldwell park and the mountain. Jonathan told the interviewer that he likes doing the jump one handed waving at the crowd and hitting the kill switch. so he can hear the roar of the crowd. Jonathan you were a legend then and you're an even bigger legend now. Dig in your heels, push back and keep punching. Good luck.

​@@italianstallion399 correct me if I am wrong A few years back when Johnny won multiple champion in a row, the rev limit of Kawasaki bike is already lower than other manufacturers. This year zx10rr is capable of 15100rpm but the rev limit is 14600rpm.

@@italianstallion399 dorna has arbitrarily imposed rev limits on the different manufacturers. essentially, dorna has decided who will win championships. ducati has the highest redline 16,100. Kawasaki has been limited over 1000 rpms to 14600. which is essentially like having a full gear taken from them. kawasaki is basically bringing a spork to a gun fight now. kawasaki asked for 500 rpms back and dorna declined. so, when you see bautista leap frogging from 3rd to 1st without even bothering to look for a slipstream, that is why. Kawasaki brought in a brand new bike for 2021 and dorna immediately limited its revs. so it doesn't matter what kawasaki brings to the championship. dorna will always see to it that it is not competitive. (youtube keeps deleting my comment. sorry if this is posting multiple times).

@Spehen That has nothing to do with it, don't you listen when rea talks? He has grip problems both in the back and in the front, so higher rpm's don't help him either. in addition, the kawaski does not run any worse than the other bikes, on the contrary, it runs just as fast on the straights as yamaha, bmw, only the ducati is faster, but the ducati is faster on the straight compared to all brands. You don't seem to ridea on race track otherwise you would know that 500rpm are more or less not decisive for the lap time.If you have grip problems, then even more power won't help you at all, you can add 500 hp to it, the lap time won't improve as a result.

​@@El_turco82 yes I listen when rea talks. he has stated that they can work around the rev limits for top speed, but it affects him with the number of shifts he has to do per lap and his drive out of the corners. kawasaki is currently looking for more grip to improve corner exits. sounds like the rev limits are impeding them to me. if 500 rpms doesn't make a lick of difference, why did kawasaki ask for 500 rpms back and why did dorna tell them to go fish?

It will be a tough season, no doubts about that, but season only started, anything can happen. We can see how hard you guys are working, and it's no shame to not win despite giving your best efforts. Glad bike works good, so you need to stay calm and keep pushing. So far it looks like it is Alvaro versus rest of the field, not just you and Toprak. Keeping our green hopes high, and fingers crossed. Besides racing, love seeing you guys get along really well, great friendships, sportsmanship, etc. Mandalika was a disaster track in my opinion, from more than just win/lose perspective. Food complaints, dirt, heat, etc. Looks like tires cannot keep up in these conditions either. Lowes did good too, and absolutely stunned by Honda, Locatelli, etc. Keep up the good work, and do not forget to enjoy the life of a motorbike racing rockstar!

I first watched you at knochhill on the Cbr1000.from that time on i knew i had watched someone with amazing talent and was going straight to the top.Nothing has ever changed you are a brilliant champion and you and your team are all winners your records speak for themselves.no one could give more to win than you do.A champions champion.to me it looks like you are now riding harder than you have had to ride throughout your career. The problem is not you or the team .its the bike.kawasaki need to improve the bike .it is not competitive enough you deserve better.Dorna need to allow you the extra revs to compete with the Ducati's and Yamaha's you are racing at an unfair disadvantage .if not it may be time to change to ducati to give you the chance to win.it seems to me that you are having to override to be competitive .wishing you all the luck you deserve and thanks for many years of entertainment. @@JaminBTK I bleed Green (owned 3 Kwaks in a row) and they clipped the Kawasaki because the "latest" ZX10R is just another Evo on a dated frame and motor base... I don't agree with Dorna clipping its wings like this with a Rev limit - its poor performance balancing/equivalency. But it is somewhat forcing Kawasaki to introduce a new ZX10 -that with a new rev limit wouldn't be a bad thing. That frame and engine have been around since 2011.

Hi Jonny i m italian and i would support Ducati in sbk but i don t understand the rules in sbk. Why your original motorbike cost 26000 euro and Ducati V4r cost 43000 euro, the double. The v4r for me is similar to prototype motorbike…. It s not normal you have difficult to stay with Bassani or Petrucci…
