I saw Schaefer play in the OHL playoffs vs Kitchener. As a 16 year old he was easily the best player on the ice. I know Montreal doesn’t want to draft top 4 defenseman but man this kid is underrated

Love the prospects videos coach,,, Hagens is the clear run away #1,, I’m looking at 26th draft,, after watching Ethan Belchetz at the OHL cup last April,, this kid could rival Gavin Mckenna for #1 overall,, he’s the definition of a power forward, wearing #61 for his favourite player Rick Nash

No he won’t he was playing u18 while Gavin Mckenna was playing in the whl same league as bedard putting up the same amount of points as bedard did in his d-1 year except that was McKennas d-2 year
