First side, second song is He Really Cares About You and the Oaks knock it out of the park. Lowell Lundstrum wrote it and is a personal favorite. Nice job fellas!

I just scanned the album. Brings back many memories. In 1968 a local promotor tried to stage a weekend Gospel Music Festival in Calgary, Alberta. The Oak Ridge Boys (as above) were the only professional group. Others claimed to be professional but ... Noel Fox had just joined them and they didn't have a wide repertoire. They hadn't recorded the above album but sang most of the songs. However, that wasn't a problem. The crowd of about 600 in a 2,500-seat auditorium became instant Oak Ridge fans. In our minds, they could repeat Jesus is Coming Soon, After All, and Daddy Sang Bass as many times as they wanted. The atmosphere was electric from the time they stepped onto the stage. The Oak Ridge Boys Members for this project were Willie Wynn, Duane Allen, William Lee Golden, Noel Fox, & Tommy Fairchild.
