The fact that people say that anime is weird and it's weird to cry over fictional characters is just so sad. Again, anime isn't just "anime". For the love of god please understand that! When you see me cry about Rengoku's death, or Gon and Killua splitting up, don't make fun of me. Leave me alone and let the tears fall. Those aren't fake tears, their genuine, real tears. They are actually what I'm feeling, I don't cry about anime in purpose, and it's not like I'm forcefully torturing myself. Unlike some people, I actually don't fake cry about characters to gain attention. I cry because it's truly sad, and it makes me wanna snatch my Chrollo plushie, and watch anime for hours. It's not an addiction like drugs or alcohol, it's something we choose to love. It's not a disease, it's not a drug that makes us insane (totally..), it really makes us emotional. So for the normies, I hope you know understand how we weebs feel.
