Hello everyone and welcome back to our channel.
The narcissist leaves. There’s the silent treatment. There’s that significant discard, and all you seek are answers, yet none are provided. However, one important point to understand is that the narcissist has not truly moved on. Even though they have left and may be involved with new supply, they are still not free from the past. In this discussion, I will delve deeper into this topic.
In today’s video, I will explore why the narcissist has not genuinely moved on from you. You might believe they have moved on because they are now with someone else. In fact, they may have even been involved with that new person before they discarded you. However, this does not mean they have emotionally moved on. I will clarify this point further in the video.
There is a significant factor that prevents narcissists from forming healthy attachments to others. This same factor also hinders them from detaching from previous relationships in a healthy manner. This phenomenon is known as an attachment disorder. An attachment disorder affects how narcissists engage in interpersonal relationships, making these connections particularly challenging for them. Due to their inability to form deep and meaningful attachments, narcissists can easily shift their attention and affection to multiple individuals simultaneously. This behavior is not limited to romantic partners; it extends to friends and even family members. For instance, a narcissist may have a favorite person to whom they devote all their energy and focus at a given time, while neglecting others who may still be kept in the background.
The dynamics of their relationships are quite fascinating. When a narcissist chooses to invest their energy in one person, they often maintain the interest of others as well. This is possible because they do not form genuine attachments, even if it appears otherwise. It may seem like they have deep connections with many people, and you might be surprised by how many individuals seem captivated by them. However, the truth is that there is little depth to these relationships. The intense feelings you may observe come from the narcissist's concentrated energy and focus on that one person.

I blocked her. I got no closure. Hoover. It's painful but I think it's for the best. My heart and soul weren't appreciated. And she's all for superficial and you're right they are self centered. She discarded me, cuz she thinks of money and her own security but didn't talk how are we gonna resolve pretty human problems together. It's like she's with me but not with me.. 💔 I hope to find a better lover and loyal and faithful that she promises me but do the opposite.

I'm really sorry to hear what you’ve been through. It’s painful when someone we care about prioritizes superficial things over genuine connection. It sounds like you made a tough but wise choice for your well-being. Wishing you all the best in finding a partner who truly appreciates you and values a real, supportive relationship!

You will automatically find someone better. No doubts. Unless you are ok with being lied, exploited, cheated on and you being accused of the responsibility of all of this, don’t waste your time.

That seems to be the best solution. Any kind of attention, even negative attention can keep the cycle going. The goal should be to end the cycle and radio silence is the best solution I have found.

You make a great point! Many narcissists do have complex backgrounds that contribute to their behavior, including over-validation. It’s fascinating how those early experiences shape their need to maintain a certain persona. Thank you for sharing your insights!
