Of course it's only logical since the waiters are usually the most innocent and underpaid party in the restaurants

Why would he be tough on the waiters/waitresses? Lmao. It's a no-brainer that Gordon would tackle the one paying them because the waiters are usually not the one causing problems in a macro scale, it's the owners and sometimes the cooks.

We have a saying in germany: _The fish always stinks from the head_ (I think an american equivalent would be _Crap always rolls downhill_ or something...) Even if the waiters in a place *were* the problem, it's still the fault of the floor manager. A company can always get into rough waters, but not getting out of them is *always* the captain's fault.

What do you mean 'sued him up'? If you mean a lawsuit: ppl can start pointless lawsuits for no good reason, if they file the lawsuit themselves or find a lawyer willing to take on a pointless case (which would be difficult), but expressing one's opinion, however wrong, can't be defamation or other grounds for a lawsuit.

Greg seems like a better person than the other two, which admittedly isn't saying much. Not particularly suited to the job, unfortunately, but he tries his best and pursues a positive relationship with his staff rather than constantly biting their heads off for random shit like "being in the way" as David does. Plus David deliberately sabotaged Greg's first night as general manager, just in case he was going to adjust gradually and rise to the challenge. At least Greg was trying his best... rather than actively making things _worse._

Wagyu is relaxed fattened beef from Japan that they feed grains, massage them and get them hammered on Sake their meat from Wagyu is rich in fat pockets or what's known as Marbling not really for me but it is arguably the most flavorful steak. I personally prefer Ground Chuck Steak then I mix in a bit of Bacon Fat and make some kick ass burgers. No cow is equal, it all depends on their diet, how active they are and their stress levels along with lifestyle and how they're butchered. I have had Grass fed free range albertan AAA beef and it was really freaking good. When your animals are treated well you notice the spike in quality. Hit up a farmers market sometime and treat yourselves to a nice cut :)

For you who want to know what happened next. Black Pearl closed just 4 days after the episode aired. David had an extremely long rant about Gordon in a letter allegedly from all three owners, blaming him for the 50% drop in sales.

I will never forget when I was at a food court one time, and a long-haired woman angrily took her Asian food back to the place because there was a (long) hair in it. The look on the bald chef’s face as he made eye contact with the bald server was priceless.

There was a soul food restaurant in the UK kitchen nightmares and i dunno what their problem was maybe just poor location ect but Gordon loved the food i think you can find a clip of it with "Kitchen nightmares gordon finishes his plate" it's like a dish of ribs and some sort of jambalaya so i'd assume it is fresh

People who get help from Gordon Ramsay should honestly be extremely grateful. There are millions of restaurant owners who would love to have Gordon Ramsay come in & help them succeed. So whenever the owners &/or Cooks talk ugly & disagree with Gordon Ramsay, it's very upsetting.

For those who want to know the difference between Maine and Canadian lobsters without leaving the video: As we recap what we have discussed above, Maine lobsters have softer shells that make their meat tenderer and sweeter. Canadian lobsters have harder shells, which cause their meat to be less tender and sweet. However, Canadian lobsters can survive up to 72 hours while Maine lobsters can only survive up to 48 hours. Hence, both lobsters have their pros and cons. From this comparison, we can see that Maine lobsters are renowned for their sweetness, tenderness, and juicy claw meat. In terms of taste and mouthfeel, Maine would win over Canadian lobsters. However, if your budget does not allow you to purchase Maine lobsters, Canadian lobsters are a great alternative. Even if they are less sweet and tender, they are still a global delicacy. “They are exactly the same” xD

I wonder if David knows that it's actually a crime to miss represent food like that, at least it is in canada idk about the US. For instance presenting a steak as AAA canadian prime beef while it'd actually American beef can result in very heavy fines.

In the EU food names are heavily regulated and protected. That is why champagne has to be from the French province of champagne to be able to have that name. Swedish falukorv has to be from a special recepie to be able to bear that name. Breaking these laws is a serious offence.
