It's kind of funny.. when this defocusing from the mind happens, there's just a deep relaxation and basically little else. Occasionally thoughts come and go. I suppose the mind will come back and do it;s thing again eventually (though that's always just a story, I suppose) but for now it feels like having a vacation.

Hi Emerson, I've watched some of your videos and I understand exactly what you're talking about, I even experienced it that way many times yet I'm suspicious about this, I mean in non duality they usually say thoughts can't describe reality, but what makes us think that thought is separated from reality? Maybe thought IS reality.
