I’ve been hearing a lot of buzz about this lately and have been interested. I just don’t know a ton about it. Is there any explicit material in this book? Sex/nudity? Excessive profanity? Violence?

It’s kind of a slice-of-life book that I think just resonates with a lot of folks/breaks down an intimacy barrier that enhances the reading experience. No violence really, some profanity though I wouldn’t say excessive, and implied sex is all but no on-panel nudity that I recall.
