Jessica thank you for showing us a place in Quezon province that we've not been to. Where in Quezon did you visit ? You grew up since small in the province till your high school days, that's why it's not surprising that you loved and miss province life. It's really relaxing, pollution free, simple life, no wifi signal in remote areas so there's more chance of communicating & bond with family, relatives, friends or neighbors to avoid boredom. You showed us that you never forgot to make " mano" to elders, that seldom do people of this generation do nowadays. True plants, food, etc is more cheaper in the province & could be doubled or tripled in prices when in the city.Good you decided to buy cheaper plants along the way for your new home in the city. Those plants will surely beautify your place. Good you brought your Mom along in your travel, it means she's back from Korea. Have you ever tried planting rice in the provincial rice field? Would you like to try? What about riding a carabao for experience? Maybe these could be some of the vlog you can do as a Korean living in the Philippines. Tell us how you feel about it ? You are a Korean na may pusong Pinoy. See you in your next camping vlog .

iI like Quezon province. there are 3 waterfalls there in Real (pronounced as reyal), Quezon you could go to. a lot of places where you could go Car Camping. a 3 to 5 person tent, a camping/foldable table, collapsible camping chair, a 10x10 foot tarp, 2 to 3 camping lantern, a 4 person camping cook set, a camping stove, insect repellent and youre set to go. i suggest going to the island called Jomalig (pronounced as homalig). it is the eastern most island in the Polilio group of islands in Quezon Province. the beaches are comparable to Boracay and isn’t touristy. it takes 5 hours by boat to reach Jomalig from the sea port in Real (probably why there aren’t much tourists because of the travel time). but once you reach the place, you will be surprised how beautiful the island is. every part of the island that has a beach is picturesque! i’ve been there 3 times already…

There was one beautiful Filipino Song titled "Sa Kabukiran" here's the lyrics... And for English translation: In the countryside there is no loneliness All days are happiness In the countryside there is no loneliness All days are happiness When I look at the garden Their colors are all active The birds are singing, It's entertaining to listen to them It's entertaining to listen to them O my happy life My heart is full and convenient Enjoy your trip Ate Jessica!!!

HA! You should really go to Bicol. I know Koreans who love spicy food would love to go there because of the food but you can also enjoy and see the locals hospitality. You will need to try pinangat, bicol express (cooked by a local not by the ones being cooked in manila karinderyas), tinoktok, Chili Ice cream from the colonial grille and many more! These is just in Albay(my province) In Camarines Sur(the one you will pass by before reaching Albay) you can already taste kinalas, a popular soup that is comparable to mami but with Bulalo stock. Man, just mentioning these foods makes me salivate. I wish I can come with you when you visit my hometown. Heck i can be your tour guide ahahaha

Oriental Mindoro is one of the best eco-tourism sites in the Philippines. It's ridge to reef landscape hosts a variety of ecological wonders to see. Pristine beaches, thriving coral reefs, cascading waterfalls, and majestic mountains are just among of these. And occidental Mindoro just gets better. There have been proven studies that being in nature heals the mind and soul. I've read an article last year that due to the pandemic, a lot of people have develop depression. The doctor prescribed hiking in nature even if it were only for 30 minutes. I love hiking/nature myself. I've gone hiking in the summer, fall, winter and spring and even scrambling. I've even hiked at night with a group (scary but fun). Always best to go hiking with a buddy or a group of friends for safety reasons. You don't want to be injured by yourself. Also, always good to have the proper gear and clothing. Never wear cotton clothes when hiking. Wear moisture wicking material clothes. Also, use walking stick. It is recommended to use 2 because it helps reduce energy expenditure and helps with balance walking over rocks. If you use hiking shoes, buy the high top one. It will prevent your ankle from twisting and injuries! And last but not least, the most important is to do research where you're going and always be aware of the surroundings. Remember, you're in nature and with nature comes wild animals. Depending where you go of course.

If you like to hike and camp, I recommend Mt.Pulag and Mt. Banahaw. The trails are easy to navigate. Both mountains offer different hiking experiences. I still remember those hikes more than a decade after. We took a dip in a cold spring in Banahaw. People did baptisms there. The mountain has a rich cultural and historical significance. Mt Pulag's sea of clouds is a sight to remember. I wanted to stay for another night. I also enjoyed the mountain trail going to Anawangin Cove even though it was more challenging especially downhill. The trail gets hot around lunchtime because you'd be exposed to the strong sun. It helped that I had great company for those hikes.

Literally shocked when Quezon Province showed up in the intro coz I am from Quezon Province! Proud quezonian here. Everyone deserves time to calm and heal from everything that's happening on their lives, do not be hard on yourself. You just need time...🍃🌿🍀🌳🌴
