I'm more interested in the fact in how they were coded. It seems like they were done when a character is near them, meaning that they try to grab each other instead of the obvious blue hedgehog being controlled by an actual person.

Yeah I noticed that it seems like they try to grab each other, in fact I think the character bosses can actually hurt each other, as when I duped Sonic I noticed him falling flat on his face even when I didn't touch them.

@@Knuxfan24 Comparing this to the Dante and Vergil boss mod when you're playing as Nero really opened my eyes on this. I guess the bosses are counted as seperate entities in the same catagory (despite Dante quite literally being a playable character then Vergil) as they both don't try to harm each other in addition to none of their attacks doing any damage when near one another. Compared to this it just seems like they took the playable character, slapped some AI on it and gave it a fancy animation.
