actually no he doesnt (i get your point, but in case you or any of the upvoters unironically believe it properly) not even close. it is particularly unnecessary when given the context of which he uploads this video (a youtube channel full of satire comedy), and the style in which he does it (consistent with the other videos). it is worse than a "ill throw your case out immediately, and you can pay your lawyer the admin fee to suggest this because you think law works like rigid computer code for some incredibly ignorant reason". there is no halfway halffuck legitimate case to try and mount something that he didnt imply it to be alleged. and lets say every fucking thing somehow in your universe went right, and he got sued. still not so easy to get damages (i.e. prove reputational damage to NOC that you can quantify into discounted cash flows whatever fuck), esp given this video has about 200k views and even the unlisted shit that was in the other document has 350k+, not to mention how much wildfire spread is generated on social media due to algorithms agnostic to sushi's influence. and btw yea i loved that he overused the word and how he phrased it. its quite funny. enjoyed the video
