Gosh, I love seeing this woman when I wake up on a Saturday morning. She makes me smile with her intro. Shes adorable and love her mindset on some of these homes. Get your hands dirty and save money. Am interested in moving back east hopefully in the next year. I have a daughter in FLA but would love to be by the beach, but renting land is hard to wrap your head around, especially when you own the home

Hi Susan! I’m a senior currently living in South Florida in a condo, BUT I’m looking to move either upstate Florida, western Virginia, or Massachusetts (son-in-law,s family there). I like small town living and would love to be able to do a veggie garden again. I don’t believe I could live in Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas…. They just don’t seem to have good medical care, and other situations for an older person. So I’ll be watching …Thanks so much for having your channel and giving me hope to be my own independent person. BLESSINGS ✨✨✨✨✨🌟🌟🌟

I recently bought my forever home for 90,000 . It's a1940 bungalow with 2 beds/ 1 bath and perfect for a single person that's sits on 1/2 acre. The seller paid for a new metal roof and to paint the interior. Affordable housing is out there if you look and there are programs that will help with down payments.

i would not do a full remodel,i would check the electrical, roof,and water lines,make sure they were u to date. fresh aint throughout,but i would leave the layout as it is.
