Here's a cunning plan -Get some platic boxes, go through the stock 1 by 1, not suitable for ebay put in box, do this with all stock. Put the boxes away somewhere, start listing ebay stock. Day 1 list 30 - upload 20 - 10 in draft bank. Day 2 list 20 - upload 10 - 10 in draft bank etc. When yo have 50/60 in draft bank start on the boxed stuff for vinted, you can sttill upload 10 per day to ebay from drafts. Do that for 2,3 weeks and you will be sorted. just needs discipline and the willingness to stick to it, cheers.

I am sure you are a better Baldrick than me but I tried to have a little, peaceful room away from all the junk. It started quite well and I sat and relaxed there. Then I started feeling guilty telling myself that I couldn't just sit there - I needed to get reselling. I took a few bits into my haven just to examine them well and check them over while I listened to music. Then I started putting them down on a table or the floor. You can guess where that went...

Fingers crossed for your plan and also stay on KZbin as you enjoy it . Life is too short to turn yourself into a listing/posting machine. In the end you can have both the KZbin and a clean/organised and decorated space. This way you will be able to go and relax in this space and not having to run away outside (which usually ends in bringing lots of extra stock). Good luck

i can relate. my house has turned into a hoarder house where im walking on a single path like a goat. im starting to get so tired of seeing everything im ready to start listing every single thing in the house. not only do i have the house loaded with stuff i also have a storage unit i need to sort. my dad died a few years ago and i took all his stuff into storage and havent gone through it yet and the storage price is getting ridiculously high now. this is a good kick in the ass reminder to get going with it.

I’d start by doing a stocktake for all of your listed items, you may find some that are no longer listed or lower value / low interest items that you could bundle, also condensing your boxes / space in the shed. Then sort all of your unlisted items into boxes / bags of different categories and work through them one by one 😌

i could not sleep in a room like that you gotta get boxes and store it man its kicking off my anxiety lol so much dust i would deffo look into storing in boxes and keeping more in the shed or dorting it all out & getting rid of anything u know wont sell for ages

My plan hopefully in the foreseeable future is to get busy on a spreadsheet to maybe get 300 drafts ready with titles and prices. This will mostly be books, vhs, video games, maybe records. It is a pretty massive task as will have to complete listings with photos one by one but it is pretty streamlined I think. Also I don't do KZbin but would it be worth you hiring someone to do your editing. Maybe this isn't cost effective but maybe something to think about.

Id say try make a target for listing per day. So say daily target of 15 a day, and try organise into different boxes.

Ultimately take a break from the bootsales and charity shops for a month, list everything. Then go back to it. I’ve stopped bootsales for a few weeks to prioritise listing. It’s just the smart move, got to put that fomo feeling behind you as fomo in most cases leads to poor decisions. Good luck with listing 👍🏼

Pay someone to list your the stock you have until you caught up with it and you can concentrate on doing other things, it will effect all of you mentally and physically having it all over the house. If i was living with all the stock around me my stress levels would be through the roof.. once its all been cleared if it were me I'd would buy another big shed if you have room to put all the future stock in there that needs listing..

Less talk, more action; only solution. Spend your available time on listing and shift the backlog. Use coupons, sales and general reductions to move it on. End of day, profit is profit. Reset your life and remodel your business.

simply stop buying theres no need if you cannot list what you already have? also if your not spending you will see a massive increase in money available to save and do other stuff with your going to burn yourself out most people only work a five day week your working 24/7 money not everything. Have you also thought about how much of a fire hazard all that stock can be? good luck with mental health reselling can be a lonely place at times

Just rent a small garage or similar and just chuck all the unlisted stock in it The only thing that holding back your business is youtube. You would earn far more money listing your stock. If your relying on youtube money something is wrong
