John, it’s odd that you can’t stop talking about the other resellers tbh. It’s strikes me (having watched some of your early videos) that you have issues with loads of people in different areas of life. I remember a fitness vid you did where you’d fallen out with people because of some perceived slight on you. I would bet that this is a running theme in your life. At some point you need to realise that you are the common denominator in all of these situations and that you are viewing actions or inaction of others not as they are intended. This isn’t a dig at you, we all have odd personality traits but to slag off people isn’t the right thing to do. It’s defamatory and really quite childish.

This is exactly my take on the situation, I couldn't agree more. I enjoy the videos, and he should stick to what he does best. He seems to revel in self pity, and despite his moans and groans he enjoys stirring the pot and making these sorts of videos - he loves the views and these comments (ours included) only add to his opinion of self importance. I love watching picker / reseller channels and I will continue to watch providing I don't make the list for his next hit piece to camera. I honestly wish him the very best and hopefully his videos will just concentrate on him buying / selling.

However being someone who has ADHD and has been isolated my whole life, I think it's low if people having been talking sh@t about you. I am so glad someone said this , tried to go on another platform whatnot and I have my own business I do really well on eBay and upgraded to a warehouse , absolutely no support from them just want to take peoples money and follows then not support them when you need it , I was destroyed mentally for a week after no support and how they make look whatnot so easy then won’t follow you or share your shows or buy one thing of you at all !! Their attitude made me doubt myself as a person and it was just so sad . I agree with a lot of what you’ve said, i’ve personally had run-ins with a couple of resellers. I refuse to call them ‘big sellers’ or any of the sort, they’re just resellers. So many think that they’re celebrities, but need to be humble. Never came across you before, but well done for actually speaking out against some of the horrible people. People are scared to talk out, but people need to realise it’s big fish small pond mentality, these are regular people. It’s funny, the UK whatnot resellers are tinnnnny compared to the US whatnot resellers. Never known such a toxic community in all my life, and I used to be an influencer 🤣🤣🤣

This vid was a bit different! Cannot see Nick and Andrea Hills doing the same anytime soon! My thoughts for what they are worth is that we are hearing one side of the story only. I think it unwise to make any opinion without hearing the other sides take. One thing old age has taught me, no matter how difficult, is to be the bigger person, also to do the unexpected in life. I recall working with a guy in the office who was in his fifties and he was so good at deflecting others comments. By this I mean for example if you said 'jeez you're an ugly sod' then you'd expect a backlash from me and you're prepared for it. But if I said 'true', now you're thinking ummmmmmmmmm and you're thrown. Thats deflection. Also, another instant reply you can say is one word and that is 'define'. So if you say you're an ugly sod, I reply 'define ugly'. Now you're having to think and had not expected this. Life is just too short. I have to say when I heard Jon say how some resellers were not as they appear on cam I thought of Ricky Resells (dunno why). But Jon spoke highly of him and thats brilliant (I do not know Ricky Resells or any of them but hey). So, Jon life is too short for grudges (and I am Mr Sensitive), however, we are all unique with our own personalities. I consider that the biggest influence on us is our parents or guardians and so on and they way we are raised shapes us for life. Now for some fun and here are a couple of replies you can use to shut people up in a way which will turn things on them but its not nasty. I used to play league snooker for several years for the local British Legion. I was practicing one day with my Brother In Law and I was having an off night on the table. There was a load of blokes watching us and one (Ian) revelled in slagging me in front of the others. I'd had enough, stopped and said "Ian is it true you've had an asshole transplant and the asshole rejected you"? He never mocked me again and was friendly as they come. Another put down you can use is when someone retorts to you "could you be quicker with your replies as I just picked up a parking ticket waiting for your reply". Boom 🙂

They're talking about you because if they talked about themselves nobody would listen. They don't care about their followers, they want views and a lot are doing paid promotions now but pretending it is part of the video. If I want to watch adverts I would go stand outside and watch a JCDecaux board. People calling someone drunk, they don't know if that person has a disability or speech impediment - very judgy. I know a reseller and they have had resellers at the car boot try and talk them out of reselling because they find them a threat and want all the stock for themselves. They have full time jobs and are high paid too but want more money doing reselling on the side. Thanks for letting us know that there are toxic resellers out there. I will be avoiding them as they can't be trusted.

Reason 1 to go. As far as I know it's a Free bar, nuff sed. 2, talk to everyone... early, drink water every other 1, also, some people might have their own insecurities. Just like you and me, and we can be full on, so it scares them. Lol. 3. Our accent. Hmm it's not beautiful on the ear. 4. Our honesty, they don't appreciate or trust. We thinks different. 5. Our tenacity, we just won't give up. 6. We don't care what someone else thinks about us, unless you paying our rent. 7. Loyalty we have it in bundles, but it must be earned. 8. You could not get a better friend. 9. Humour, we got it. Enough that we can diversify it as we go. Others can't do that. 10. Our own comfort zone sometimes stops us connecting. Arrogant ?, are you having a laugh or what ?, that lad hasn't got an arrogant bone in his body, he's as honest as the day is long !!, and no we don't know him personally, as much as we'd like to. Are you aware that he is dealing with a condition ?, and he's dealing with it the best way he knows how, trust me I know. We only found Ricky on here about 3 weeks ago, and my wife and I absolutely love the lad, we never get tired of watching his videos. My wife Sharon decided to go self employed as a reseller about 5 months ago, shes had a real bad last few years and she's now attempting to move forward, I've tried to get her to start a KZbin channel for months, but she's not got the confidence to do it, but after watching Ricky for a few days, he's given her hope, and she's agreed to give it a try, and Im just trying to sort everything out for her, so that she can get going. No flower, Ricky ain't arrogant at all, you need to look a bit deeper, the lad is simply being himself, and again, trust me cos I know. Each to their own but for us, there ain't anyone we would rather watch on here.
