I could go on. Thanks for all these lessons and more. I'll be sticking with you.

Josh, you have been such a blessing to the RV community with your videos. I personally learned SO MUCH watching your videos and learning so many details of what to look for in a rv. "You don't know what you don't know," and you and your family's decision to educate and be transparent with the rv community has been tremendous in helping create a more educated rv buyer/owner. In my opinion, this goodwill created is the best asset Haylett had, and we all hope Bish understands this and continues to build on it. We are with you brother, and look forward to a bright future! 😎

Looking forward to it all, Josh! I think that you're going to be a huge part of the future success of this new Bish's location! Btw... completely tangential... are you aware of how much you positively impact people? Not just at the RV dealership, but also anyone who watches your videos. You're like a nextdoor neighbour, whom we would all invite over for a BBQ, or for a get-together... share a glass of wine, or beer... and just have a regular good time. It's your personality, Josh. That's what keeps the 143K+ subscribers coming back. That... plus your honest and upfront information... as well as (queue the Barry White music for the ladies) your sexy Dad-bod! 🤪 I'll raise a couple of pints of cheer to you and all the success in the New Year and beyond 🍻😋👍

_"are you aware of how much you positively impact people?"_ *No.. No I'm really not.* I get why that should be more obvious to me, but from my perspective I'm usually just working alone. Even when I meet someone in person it's just me and 2-4 people usually. It's always small scale. I never _see_ that bigger picture. I see the numbers on the screen here but that's not quite the same as a personal connection I think. Truly appreciate what you're saying here

From a buyers point of view, you doing videos of more brands is a very,very good thing. I have watched a whole lot of videos of other brands done by other dealers, some do a fairly good job, others skip soooo much information leaving the viewer with more questions than answers. I would have never considered buying some brands, as the local dealers where I am don't carry them, but now I not only know about them, but I really KNOW about them. So my first, unplanned and unexpected trip out to see you and the gang didn't work out a nice as we had all hoped, but that by no means I won't be back, and I'm sure as heck not going to stop watching and learning.

Josh, videos like these and the Haylett Way are the reason I came to your location. We live in the RV capital of the world and towed our ‘19 Apex Nano to your service center to have the WDH evaluated on our ‘21 Traverse. When my wife and I looked into a buying a used camper after sleeping in a tent for over 20 years, (not consecutively) I noticed the Haylett logo sticker next to the door. I told the owner that I watch that Josh guy on KZbin for information. The previous owner said they did the same thing when they bought it new. Zach from one of your previous videos looked at the hitch on our Traverse and told me he wouldn’t change a thing and if he took it all apart, it would look the same when he put it back together. You can’t find service like that! In return, I went in the store and ordered a cover and other items for the Nano. Best of luck on your new adventure and I don’t think your fans are going anywhere!

Hey! I reorganized our kitchen cabinets today. Found 7 containers of baking powder??? It will be tough and stuff will hit the fan. Stuff won't work. People will quit. Perfect timing for your business. I doubt May til August would go very smoothly.

Josh this was a great video you can tell it came from your heart. The ending really got me the passion you have for your family and customers really shows. I'm looking forward to watching more of your videos. I have been watching your channel for almost a year and love everything. I can tell you from the videos I have picked my RV dealer when we are ready for our RV. My 5 year son watches with me and today he said "Dad i want to be Josh the RV nerd". We will need to arrange that for him. Keep up the good work and keep the videos coming!

Thanks for these updates, and for being real with the conversations. Business operates on relationships, the more healthy they are the more likely success will follow. Josh, you have brought a personal touch to this industry which is greatly appreciated. All the best to you, your family and the Haylett family going forward.

Josh, looking forward to what you have moving forward. It was your videos that got my wife and I interested in a camper. It turned out to be the best years of our marriage before she passed away unexpectedly last year. I thank you for producing videos that got us out there to make the memories that my son and I will never forget. Thank you, Chris

Oh my gosh. So sorry to hear that. Have you chosen to continue camping since?

@@JoshtheRVNerd We had just purchased our 2nd camper but my son and I chose to sell it because it would not be the same. I definitely will buy another one and your videos keep me motivated to do that. It was too hard to camp in the same one.

Josh, if We were closer to you than here in Texas, We would give you a great Big Texas hug, but We’re not so it’ll have to be a imaginary one. So my verbal adopted little brother, keep on doing what you have been doing all along with all of videos. We’ll be patient with you. 🙏🙏for y’all. We 😥😥also. Josh, thank you for all of your excellent informative and entertaining videos. I look forward to many more. As a recent Haylett customer (2020 Cougar 26RKS) I do ask that you do a video on how/if current customers are effected by the transition to Bish's. Thanks again and good luck to you and all of the Haylett family in the future.
@JoshtheRVNerd2 жыл бұрын
Pretty easy. Haylett customers are now Bish customers. You now have more places to call home if the need arises and you automatically become members of our diamond club. I will get more details on this out, but you’ll enjoy discounts on parts, labor, and no cost annual rv inspections and winterizations!

Tamara, I know how you feel. I felt weird commenting at first. I really just started watching Josh and other RV reviewers because my husband and I are in the market for our first RV. Josh’s guy-next -door persona just shines through his videos and his information base has been a huge help in know info what to look for and deciding what to buy. I comment just so Josh knows how he has affected my life across the miles. I can’t wait to finally get my RV in January and tell Josh all about it.

"Josh the RV Nerd" is THE Gold Standard in online RV showcasing. No matter what flag is flying over the facility, YOU, sir, are the smiling face of the company. Bish is lucky to have you and the Haylett team, and I hope they appreciate & respect what your father has built. I doubt there's even one viewer who disagrees with me on this. Regardless of who signs your paycheck, I can see only great things for the future of the Nerd. Happy New Year, young man!
