It’s overheating now!

The blue project Honda radiator fans have zero power to the wires when the accessories are on. Unlike my other Honda when I command the ac on the fans get zero power. Now there no condenser in the car due to the wreck so maybe that has a play on it. Let me know what y’all think down below!!
