I MAKE A DELICIOUS RECIPE : I SAUTEE IN LIGHT IMPORTED OLIVE OIL GROUND SIRLOIN ONIONS CHOPPED RED AND YELLOW PEPPERS TBSP of fresh minced garlic, fresh mushrooms chopped black olives, fresh chopped parsley, sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Then boil white rice. Add all mixture together and add grated Pecorino cheese !!! A most delicious dish 👍

That looks *delicious.* One point though. As much as I *hate* agreeing with the whiners, a couple of the made a good point, though not how intended. You need to cut and prepare *all* your potatoes and vegetables *before* you start making your dish. Every cooking show, or cooking class I've seen stresses this.
