I make this casserole for my loved ones every weekend! A delicious and quick dinner that you can make whenever you feel like something tasty! Broccoli and cauliflower and potatoes are very tender and soft. I cook this recipe in the oven so that the vegetables turn out fragrant and tender! This is a very tasty casserole. RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
4 potatoes.
1 broccoli.
salt 1 teaspoon.
Cover and bring to a boil!
salt 1 teaspoon.
Boil potatoes until soft.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
Olive oil.
Fry for a few minutes over medium heat.
2 garlic.
Fry for 2-3 more minutes.
Add the fried onions and carrots to the vegetables.
Mix well.
1 red pepper.
2 small green peppers
cherry tomatoes.
4 eggs. Salt.
sunflower oil 5 tablespoons.
Flour 1 cup / 130 gr.
Gradually add flour and mix thoroughly.
Milk 2 cups / 400 ml.
parsley and dill.
Cheese 100 gr. / 1 ​​cup.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2-3 tbsp.
Ketchup 1 tablespoon.
Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
2 garlic. Dill.
Bon appetit.
