I make this casserole every weekend! Delicious recipe for broccoli with cauliflower! Nutritious!

Incredibly delicious and easy dinner. I will definitely be making this casserole for my loved ones every weekend! This vegetable casserole is quick and easy to prepare. Broccoli and cauliflower are very tender and soft. This is a very tasty casserole. Roasted vegetables are a very healthy and easy meal. So cook vegetables and a delicious dinner will please you. The recipe for a fragrant and tasty dinner for the whole family. I have never eaten broccoli with cauliflower so delicious. Delicious casserole recipe.

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 800 gr.
1 cauliflower.
1 broccoli.
salt 1 tablespoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
Olive oil.
Vegetables are ready.
1 pear.
Olive oil.
Fry until golden brown!
1 carrot.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Butter.
flour 3 tablespoons.
Cook over low heat.
Vegetable or chicken stock 500 ml. / 2 cups.
Milk 100 ml. / 1/2 cup.
Salt.
Basil.
French herbs.
Cook for 2 more minutes.
Mozzarella 100 gr. / 1/2 cup.
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
The aroma is amazing!

Not to me. I think it looks disgusting, and that batter or whatever it is supposed to be -- never. Let alone adding the most flavour-free cheese in the world -- aside from perhaps Monterey Jack. It MIGHT work for me with a better batter -- flour and eggs, basically, and certainly no milk -- and a sharper cheese, like cheddar or parmesan. I watched it through -- how I hate videos that show you all the chopping, unless there is a special technique being employed -- but the longer it went on the less I liked it. Sorry, but it's just not for me. (And I don't see basil as especially compatible with those veggies).

Look for "Herbes de Provence". Even WalMart has that. That is the "French" she is referring to. Also: skip the basil and use parsley instead.
