I made this bread tonight and it was very good and pretty easy to make. I baked at 390°F for 25 min or so. Thank you!

I made it & I kneaded it for 5 minutes. When I took the bread out of the oven & turned it sideways to take it out of the bread pan, the melted butter was dripping all over my tabletop. The texture of the bread is nice and soft and the flavour of the garlic and cheese was good. But I think if I had to do it again, I would just roll it up like a loaf. Thanks for the recipe.

Thanks for the tip ,,, reasonable, since by rolling it u're making sure the bread will absorb all the butter ,,,, But i wonder if u would have left it in the pan to cool down , do u think the bread would have absorbed the butter ???

As far as I know, to leave bread to cool in a pan would make it soggy.
