Yo Jorge, you need to loose some coaches in your team and go to Thailand to get a Thai clinch specialist, usman is always leaning his head down when an attack is coming, not even a technical duck or nothing but he avoided your charging punches by just doing it, so the uppercut and short flying knee was the right gameplan all along, fake a blitz and then knee to the head. This guy stabbed his ass HARD for this fight so it's useless spending energy on body punches or low kicks cause he never gets tired, it's better to go full Muay Thai on his ass. You need to learn them upward slash elbows to score damage spending little energy. Best of luck mate.

Im a retired army medic and certified in Level 1 & 2 Modern Army Combatives Program. I would love to see you participate in training some of the troops in the future, and/or, publish a workout routine purchasable exclusively for Soldiers. The Gracies brought BJJ into the military but I feel you got the hands, footwork and other skills that are SUPERNECESSARY for guys like me and Active Duty troops to stay alive in a fight. We would love it brother! I would wish you luck but in my own words, "No luck, ALL SKILL," so bet your ass imma watch you until you give the game back to the scrubs. God Bless you & one love!

Jorge lost in the end, but I believe he’s correct in saying a little more camp and the fight will be more even. Truth is, if Jorge’s cardio holds up, he gets the reset every round, maybe hurts Usman with striking...then again, maybe Usman gets his first standing ko

All I keep seeing is coach’s teaching defensive wrestling against these world class wrestlers. There needs to be a shift in the thinking. They need to switch from defensive wrestling to offensive wrestling. The champions aren’t using defensive wrestling they use it for offense. If you play into their hand they will eventually catch you.
