I use a 200$ xperia xz1 compact with headphones i got for 15$ because 2013 model (but new and never used) and it works pretty well so far.. No need to shell out 1500 for a setup to have a setup that works really well for most people, until they make foldables sub 1000 i wont even consider getting a premium phone again, modern midrange phones are just really great and premium ones are way too much more expensive to justify their marginal increase in function or feel over the others, its not like when i first got an iphone 4s in 2011 anymore, then it was night and day.

gamingpiglover 115 Verizon uses a proprietary network technology made by Qualcomm, it's not a commonly used technology outside of the US so it makes no sense to develop for it (Google CDMA if you're interested)

nelliebelle mac some Blu phones have CDMA capabilities if I'm not mistaken, you can always check on the Amazon product listing page or if you really like the device maybe go for a sim card from T-Mobile or AT&T? I know TMobile has a test drive program where you can try out the network in your area before switching, and I've had them for about 5 years now, haven't had any issues and it's a good feeling knowing I can pop my sim card into any smartphone made in the last 10 years and it'll work

Two months ago, this phone was $99! I got it at a slightly increased $129. It's not a bad phone by any means. The screen...I don't know what panel Blu is using but despite the resolution, it's a excellent screen. Pictures doesn't do it justice. It's almost OLED quality. My phone doesn't lag like it does in the video. It might've been doing updates at the recording of the video. Other than that, highly recommended.

I'm not sure if you are in North America, but finding a 1/2 decent phone for under $200 USD that's unlocked, and works on all carriers is not that easy of a thing to do, most unlocked phones have GSM world bands, and not GSM North American bands needed for carrier like AT&T, and T-Mobile, because as Lou said, and made a big point of in his video, no worries of it not working with your North American SIM card meaning that carriers in the US, Canada, and Mexico should work with no issues then maybe having to change an APN setting.
