This was such a sweet reminder of how much HAS changed in the last 5 years and the vlog has been a constant for all of us!! I'm of the generation that doesn't feel the need to jump on every platform to consume content. I love keeping up with family and friends through snippets of their lives on Instagram. I truely only follow a small % of "celebrities" with influencers in that collection of people (which you and Vieve are apart of). I really appreciate the small glances into the channels I follow on KZbin because it's been so long since I've followed most of the influencers on this platform. I don’t care when you guys upload or how you present it, I’m just grateful to share in whatever you wish to share and at the end of the day you don’t owe anyone anything, we’re just lucky that you don’t mind sharing stuff. If you upload on Thursday people can save it to watch on Sunday 😁. A lot of people are contemplating moving off KZbin and I understand. For me personally I don’t use anything else for different reasons for eg Instagram is not really designed for iPad and I only use an iPad, TikTok ownership concerns me so I won’t even open an account etc.

I don’t have a TikTok account nor do I have any idea what’s going on over there. We don’t have tv at home (ridiculous prices!) so I treat KZbin as my tv. I especially love the longer videos, the vlogs & makeup tutorials. Your videos on KZbin have taught me so much about makeup and it’s a highlight to my day every time! I don't understand what's going on with social media either but I don't use tiktok because Instagram seems to be just videos now. I love photos, I prefer them to reels, Instagrams new formula really annoys me because I don't see the profiles I like and I'm now being shown accounts I don't follow all the time. On Instagram I still love seeing still photos, I will actively search for my favourite people and make sure my notifications are on so that I don’t miss them. But yeah - photos all the way. Outfit photos, makeup photos, doggo photos, holiday photos, nails photos On tik tok I like transition videos but also 1min quick reviews! On KZbin I just want to see long form content, love the vlogs, love in depth tutorials, love long reviews, love long Q&A’s. It keeps me company. I have your old videos on in the background almost always. Around an hour long videos are my favourite! Also to repeat everyone else’s feelings of being grateful you’re still here. I appreciate the continuity and knowing I can rely on you being here! It’s a huge investment of your time and I appreciate you carrying on.
