That Land Rover is like gold here in the USA
@s1mon1983Ай бұрын
How much would a sound, resprayed one like this be over there?
@beozzie690Ай бұрын
@ it depends on the modifications.. but anywhere from 18k to 45k.. a lot of people mod them with the GM LS motors and change the diff’s to the Dana .. There’s one company that’s doing the restoration modifications here making a mint.
@beozzie690Ай бұрын
@ your definition of sound is subjective.. it would take more than a respray..

It's now well over 25 years old and if it is all original then, as I understand it, it is exportable to the US. If so it would be worth a bit over there.

I bought a 1990 landrover defender 110 similar to that 2 years ago, just needed a wee patch on the chassis and a corner on the bulkhead 😂 The more you poke, the worse they are! @ Ford Rangers are shit. Always have been n always will be. The only good Ranger is a Polaris Ranger. Ford Rangers don’t have the power no matter what u do to them. I had a ‘94 manual with the 4.0. Fast yes but even with mud tires u would get stuck in moist grass. FX4 Rangers as well. SHITE

Came to the comments to see all the fans screaming about keeping it because it'll be worth money to enthusiasts. It's not worth anything sitting rotting away unused in a shed. It's better going to someone who will use it, maybe restore it but probably adapt it for off roading. I love my old defenders but if you're not mechanically minded or don't have the time and space for DIY repairs they become money pits.
