I change the high e string. If you play the b string on the 3rd fret, tune the e string to that note and that's the tuning my version. I like it because I feel if its played acoustic something should compensate for the lack of power and energy that the actual song has and that tuning to me makes it feel really pretty and sincere hah. There's a lot of dissonance in the chords played with this tuning. All I'm actually playing is D - A - Bm( g string open= no pinky) - G( just top 3 strings)
