As a scientist myself- I’m enjoying this in another way all together- I can actually understand the parts with the “sciency bits” and the long scientific names since my background is in chemistry. So I’m sure there’s going to inevitably be comments along the line of “what the heck?” And Breaking Bad references- but I’m glad I found a show takes the scientific aspect a little more developed compared to other titles; definitely watching this one this season

I'm sure I'm not the first person to say it but the opening of this anime was A LOT like Mushoku Tensei. Not at all calling it a rip off though, I think they did a perfect job emulating that special 'first use of magic' Mushoku Tensei is so well known for while putting their own spin on it and making it their own.
