If you have never deadlift or squat before you will injure your spine. Also, if you want to be able to play with your kids in your 40s you must work on your body. I've always been fit my whole life with lifting weights 3 times a week and light cardio every now and then. Last month I decided I want to run a 50 mile race in my city while still being as strong as possible so everyday I'm scheduling in running and going to the gym along with my other daily habits and holy hell. The male body is strong and there are definitely levels to this. If you think you're at your limit I encourage you to break yourself everyday and watch how strong and fast you can become both mentally and physically
@gentlesavage38082 жыл бұрын
My workout routine is also similar. In the morning I go to the forest for a 1-2 mile race along with sprints , I do meditation there too. I want to improve my time on the mile race so I always run as fast as possible. In the evening I go to the gym where I do calisthenics plus weight training. You could say that the dark side of this routine is that I hardly hang out with friends, they invite me all the time but by the evening I get so tired I wanna pass out on bed. The absolute benefit comes as a sleep which almost feels like death. My sleep is so deep that I hardly ever dream.

September last year I weighed 215 at 14 and I couldn’t jog a mile or run uphill. I would only eat junk and I didn’t even care about my health. I started going on a very strict diet with one of my good friends keeping me on it and constantly calling me fat. I started jogging a mile every chance I got, working out pretty much whenever I could and overall getting in better shape. My goal was to get fit enough to join the navy seals once I got the chance. I relapsed once when I found out that asthma was a immediate disqualification for joining the military let alone the seals. Now I’m 15 I weigh 180 which is most of the way there, I found myself a girlfriend, I can run uphill, do 4 pull ups which is better then none. And overall I feel a lot better. The best time to change is 3 years ago, the second best time is now. Only advice I can give you is listen to people when they call you fat, and don’t listen to people who are ridiculously skinny, I don’t mean fit I mean people who look like a skeleton. They don’t know how to lose weight but they think that since they’re not fat they know what they’re talking about. You can’t live off of 3 salads a day.

This Friday I was having a hike through the forest with a friend and two men ran past us together, one in his twenties and the other on his 60s/70s. I said wow, I wanna be like that guy, and my friend asked "which, the old or the young one?" with a little laugh like the answer was obvious. I said "the old man, of course", and that broke her expectations but she understood it immediately. The massive respect that 70 year old man running through the mountains inspired in me in that moment. Her smirk turned just as quickly into a clear expression of respect towards me as a result of my respect to that man. It was a beautiful moment, and I believe she learned something from it.

I’m so happy that I’ve finally started to take the gym seriously and even more so my nutrition. It’s genuinely interesting to learn about the foods you eat and it helps you make better choices. I don’t even miss the unhealthy foods anymore bc I know my future self will thank me for what I’m eating today

Today i looked in the mirror and started crying because i was so proud of myself that my body looks so strong and i knew that this all started with the faith in myself im 16 now and i cant stop being disappointed at other men that are way older than me but still weak i also have this feeling wenn i look at my own father it makes me sad that i know that im already at my young age more of a man than he ever was

I have a question. I've been watching your videos for quite a while and i was wondering since i am a quite disciplined guy, i go to the gym 5 times a week and eat semi clean, i mean i rarely eat fast food but i also don't eat lettuce and water all day. My question is : since i am still 18 should i consciously go trough the party phase as you did or should i skip it and possibly miss out on the fun of my youth?

watch the "other side of male life" by the KZbinr 1stman. He's friends with Hamza and basically the concept is, if you workout and do all the right things, fun never ends for men. You could be that 30, 40 year old that can still get young, beautiful women becuase you've become such a high value guy. Male youth isnt a big deal if youre high value.

Stop thinking its tye fun of the youth. Normal people say that work now go on adventures that is the fun

There's a fine balance between having fun, working hard, and learning new things. It's working hard first then do something fun with friends that won't damage your health. Alcohol is the devil in disguise and it damages every organ in your body and takes a couple weeks to a month to feel normal again. It's so much fun at the time then the next day you feel like absolute shit. Man stay hard and stay away from drugs.

Okay… now I need to take this seriously since the leader won’t even accept me as his tribe member. 1. I will not fap from now on 2.I will do the resistance training every other day for the rest of my life. (At least push-up, crunch, squat, sit-up from body-weight workout that I can do ANYWHERE ANYTIME so no more excuse) Right now it is 01:00am 8/5/2022 (Thailand time) I will make you proud.
